SERVICE
The service department of Webeasy takes care of any questions that are too large or too complex for the Helpdesk. But also the service department solves interference at your location. Webeasy has various service contracts to ensure an up-to-date M&R system and fast failure handling.
Opening hours
Our service department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Questions by e-mail we will respond within 48 hours during business days. Call +31 (0)184-433923 or email service@webeasy.nl. Outside office hours, customers with a 24/7 contract, can contact directly to our Emergency Centre. This number can be found in your service contract.

HELPDESK
The helpdesk is the contact for technical questions. The helpdesk also assists in solving small problems in the (DCC) installation, only if they can be solved within ten minutes. For questions and/or problems that can not be solved directly, you will be directed to our Service Department.

TRAINING
The training program enables Webeasy dealers and partners to stay up to date of the possibilities that Webeasy offers? Webeasy courses are costum made for our dealers, partners and (end) users. Beside, the training offers also space for others who are interested in Webeasy.
There is a basic training for anyone who wants to commissioning and/or manage Webeasy climate systems independently. The engineering training is for anyone who wants to calculate, engineer (standard and custom), commissioning and/or manage Webeasy climate systems independently. For a customized training such as room control, shower automation, security and/or end user training, please contact your accountmanager or our sales department.
